Deep Water Exercise

Water fitness focusing on core muscle strength.

Water fitness is an excellent way to get in shape, improve cardiovascular endurance and meet new friends – all within the unique properties of water. Water provides stability, resistance and pressures that are not found in land-based workouts.

Deep Water Exercise is a 30-minute class performed entirely in the deep end of the pool using the aid of floatation devices. The class concentrates on cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises.
