Water Yoga

Incorporate Yoga poses with water resistance

Water fitness is an excellent way to get in shape, improve cardiovascular endurance and meet new friends – all within the unique properties of water. Water provides stability, resistance and pressures that are not found in land-based workouts.

This unique, 45-minute class offers several benefits. The class is intended to improve flexibility and strength while listening to soothing yoga music.
