§ Then click on My Pyramid Tracker
§ Click on Assess Your Food Intake
§ Login Using a user name and password you make up
§ Start logging your progress
Benefits:
§ While logging the information, the calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fats will be shown per meal and allow tracking of daily intake
§ It will allow more conscious eating and thus will encourage you to start eating less and change dietary habits
