Arts and Culture: Students learn the impact art has had on our culture by working with professionals in performance and visual arts.
Business: Students develop a mock business, learn about the stock market, and visit local businesses while learning about industry.
Communications: Students gain experience in the field of communications by working in print, radio, and television media.
Computers: Students experience hands-on learning about the diverse career opportunities within the computer field.
Education: Students discover the unique challenges and rewards of the teaching profession while exploring career opportunities within the field of education.
Engineering: Students perform experiments while learning how the different types of engineers impact our world.
Medical: Students work with doctors, dentists, nurses, and other medical professionals to learn about the health profession.
Public Service and Law: Students learn about government as well as other public service careers.
Spiritual Life: Students learn to apply Christian principles to everyday life.
8th Grade: Focus on building life skills and knowledge to insure solid educational foundation.
9th Grade: Increase self-esteem, develop interpersonal skills and master test taking skills.
Senior (10-12 grades): Plan for post secondary education and prepare for the world of work. (Scholarship program is offered to students who desire to enter college or vocational school.)
College Readiness: Students visit Historically Black Colleges and Universities and other educational institutions. Students also attend workshops to aid in filling out proper forms including the FAFSA.
