Fun class that is easily customizable to your own fitness level.  Instructors vary the workouts by changing resistance levels, speed of pedaling, and standing or sitting down while pedaling. 

(If it is your first time attending please let the instructor and they will help you set up the bike)

Please reserve bike in advance at all locations.
