Intensity at the Yorktown Y

Jump start your day with a variety of plyometric drills, strength intervals and extreme cardio work. Be prepared to push beyond your comfort zone and find YOUR new level of awesome!

You will sweat through different high level classes that will strengthen you, challenge you and push your current abilities to the MAX! We recommend you have the ability to do 10 pushups, run a 12 minute mile, and participate in high impact exercises.

Ages: 14+
