Downtown YMCA

The Downtown YMCA has been serving the community at our current location, 500 S. Mulberry since 1975 and before on Adams and Jefferson since 1914. We have a rich heritage of sponsoring youth development, promoting healthy living, and fostering a sense of social responsibility.

Your Downtown facility features a full service fitness center, aerobic and indoor cycling classes, a 25-yard, heated indoor pool great for youth swim lessons or the swimmer, a full court basketball gym, a racquetball court, group exercise rooms, modern, clean locker rooms, an indoor track for runners or walkers, and a center for youth 6-weeks to 6-years and Kid Zone for 6-14 year olds.

All of this is brought to you by a caring, friendly staff of YMCA professionals dedicated to providing a safe, family atmosphere. We want you to experience how the YMCA can be good for the outside and inside of each member.

Mon – Thu: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Fri: 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

SUMMER OPERATING HOURS

Effective Tuesday, May 30th:

Monday – Thursday: 5am – 12pm & 5pm – 8pm
Friday: 5am – 12pm (No evening hours)
Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED
