PERSONAL TRAINING (1-HOUR SESSIONS)

This package is used for individual YMCA members training sessions.
Packages are valid for 90 days after the first session is redeemed

  • 4 sessions $126 ($30/session)
  • 8 sessions $234 ($28/session)
  • 12 sessions $327 ($26/session)

This package is used for individual non-members training sessions.

Packages are valid for 90 days after the first session is redeemed

  • 4 sessions $260

Group Training (1 hour sessions)

This package is for YMCA members small group training (2-5 individuals) utilizing the same training plan.
Price is listed per individual. Sessions must be used as a group
