SGT Sessions are led by a certified personal trainer and each session focuses on a specialized format such a endurance, strength training, functional movement, and core stability. Groups will consist of a minimum of 6 or a maximum of 8 team members and will meet twice per week for 5 weeks.
- Encourage individual progression and skill development.
- Build accountability by working in a team environment.
- Keep workouts safe, fun, motivational and effective.
- Educate and prepare team members to adapt and structure their own workouts into their daily lives.
