Designed for older teens, adults and parents. Tae Kwon Do at the Northwest YMCA is a combination of modern sport Tae Kwon Do and the traditional martial art. Tae Kwon Do is committed to addressing exercise, drills, safety tips and a realistic approach to self-defense through a belt progressive program.
In this program, participants will develop their strength level, stamina, flexibility, coordination and balance. Although it offers complete body exercise, Tae Kwon Do provides the opportunity to learn discipline and focus while gaining confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
