The YMCA’s free 30-day STRONG Challenge launches October 18. Opt-in to the free, open-to-the-community challenge by texting STRONG to 844-889-6222. This challenge will encourage you to get up and moving for 150 minutes a week over the course of 30 days. Join thousands of teammates throughout the U.S. as you commit to get stronger in spirit, mind and body.

Participants will receive 4 text messages each week with challenges, fun content, and ways to get STRONG.

What happens if I miss one of the 30 days?
Do not fret! This challenge is a journey, not a sprint. If you miss a day, come back the next one and try again! The physical goal each week is to move 150 minutes; do your best to reach that goal!
