Our staff will organize and lead activities, set up and clean up, and more!

General Facility Rental Information

Facility rentals are open both to YMCA members and Community Participants

  • To ensure proper staffing, all rental agreements must be turned in a minimum of two weeks prior to rental date. Agreements turned in with less than two weeks notice will not be accepted.
  • Rental fees must be paid in full by two weeks before the rental date. Rentals will not be honored if payment is not received two weeks in advance.
  • Should any damages take place, or should the YMCA need to spend extra time cleaning up after your rental, you will be charged accordingly.
  • Please provide one adult chaperone per ten participants.
  • We do work with Not for Profit Organizations on pricing for room rentals.
  • After-hour rentals are available at an additional charge.

Access for non-participants:

  • Non-participants, including parents will not be permitted into the facility without purchase of a guest pass OR membership.
  • With purchase of a guest pass, they would be eligible to use amenities of the facility.

Downtown YMCA (Conference Room) – 15 patrons

Gymnasium Court REntals

Available at the following locations:

  • Downtown YMCA
  • Northwest YMCA

*If the event is youth based, must provide proof that volunteers or coaches have had background checks performed within one calendar year.

  • YMCA will conduct background checks for the group at their expense of $20 per background check

Full Court per Hour:
YMCA Member: $25
Community Participant: $50

½ Court per Hour:
YMCA Member: $20
Community Participant: $40

Group Fitness Rooms

Available for specialized activities.

Capacity Limits:
Downtown YMCA – 25 patrons
Yorktown YMCA – 25 patrons
Northwest YMCA (upstairs studio) – 25 patrons

Price per hour:
*Additional cleaning fee of $10 will be applied.
YMCA Member: $75
Community Participant: $150

Activity Space

Located up two flights of stairs.

Capacity Limits:
Downtown YMCA – 50 patrons
Northwest YMCA – 50 patrons

Price per hour:
YMCA Member: $100
Community Participant: $200

Gymnasium & Zone Rentals: Birthday Parties

Capacity Limits:
Northwest YMCA – 50 patrons

Time (Not including Zone):
2 1/2 hours, set up 30 available minutes prior
YMCA Member $125
Community Participant $250
With a party host: $175

Time (Including Zone):
2 1/2 hours, set up available 30 minutes prior
YMCA Member: $150
Community Participant: $300
With a party host: $200

Pool Rental: Birthday Parties

* Offered on Saturdays from 1 – 3:30pm; Facility will only be open to party rental.
75 minutes in the Pool & 1 hour in the Conference Room.

Capacity Limit:
Downtown YMCA – 20 patrons
Maximum of 15 children

Price (2.5-hour rental):
YMCA Member $250
Community Participant $300


  • Offered on Saturdays from 1-3:30pm; facility will only be open to party rental.
  • Renter must be 19 years of age or older.
  • A party host and lifeguard will be staffed.
  • Parties are welcome to bring food, cake, and party utensils. Feel free to decorate.
  • A ratio of 1 adult to 6 children must be in the pool.
  • Each participant must sign a facility waiver.
  • Agreement and full rental payment must be submitted 2 weeks prior to rental
  • $50 Cancellation Fee
