We’re excited to try out BODYPUMP™ Heavy, a brand-new Les Mills strength program designed to switch on your metabolic engine and build lean muscle like nothing else. Using heavier weights and powerful, motivating music, this workout helps you get stronger, faster.
Perfect for all fitness levels—beginners can start light and progress at their own pace, while experienced lifters can challenge themselves and break through plateaus. This is strength training for everyone.
BodyBalance
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy!

BODYCOMBAT is a fiercely energetic workout to get you fit, fast and strong. Unleash and empower yourself. BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact.
