Nutrition Counseling and Coaching

At the YMCA, nutrition counseling and coaching sessions are designed to support individuals and families in achieving healthier lifestyles through informed food choices. Led by qualified nutrition professionals, these services offer personalized guidance tailored to each person’s unique goals—whether it’s weight management, improving athletic performance, managing a medical condition, or simply learning how to eat well on a budget.

Nutrition Coaching, 3-Month Plan

This package focuses on portion control, planning, grocery stragies, and habit track. It includes weekly email check-ins for accountability and support!

  • 12 sessions (1 hour each) over the course of three months

  • $240 for members

  • $290 for non-members

Nutrition Counseling

For those with specialized needs beyond weight loss, this plan includes a comprehensive nutrition assessment, as well as personalized nutrition recommendations and/or meal plans.

  • Three 45-minute sessions with a registered dietician

  • $200 for members

  • $250 for non-members

Maintenance Plan

This plan is for those who no longer feel the need for weekly sessions. You must have completed at least one 3-month Nutrition Coaching Plan, and you must sign up within 30 days of completing the program.

  • 1 coaching session per month with weekly email check-ins

  • $140 for members

  • $190 for non-members

Nutri-FIT

This plan allows you to work with a personal trainer or a dietician, catering to your personal needs. Our goal is helping you reach your fitness goal!

Package 1:

  • 8 Personal Training sessions & 3 counseling sessions

  • $460 for members & $802 for non-members

Package 2:

  • 8 Personal Training sessions & 12 nutrition coaching sessions

  • $472 for members & $823 for non-members
