Personal Training

Personal Training (1-hour sessions)
This package is used for individual YMCA members training sessions. Packages are valid for 90 days after the first session is redeemed.

12 sessions $327 ($26/session)
Group Training (1 hour sessions)
This package is for YMCA members small group training (2-5 individuals) utilizing the same training plan. Price is listed per individual. Sessions must be used as a group.

Assisted Stretching
Clients will be taken through a full body assessment stretch during their first session using proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Subsequent sessions will target areas needing improved range of motion and desired flexibility, to reach individual goals. Clients will never be in pain during their sessions and will leave realized and refreshed.
