Participants will learn strength equipment, cardio equipment, and free weights. They’ll get assistance in putting together a fitness program for themselves as well as participate in a group exercise class. Students will also get the opportunity to learn pickleball, play dodgeball, and 9-square.
*WILL include a full membership for the duration of the 7 weeks
