Advance & Excel*: Advanced

Come and join David for a small group program that involves short time lapse, high intensity, explosive training! If you are looking for a long-term, habit building program, this is for you. Let this program help you build a lifestyle of fitness while you work together for multiple months.

Body Blast: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Shape, burn, and sculpt your body thru cardio and strength intervals.

Cardio Boxing: Intermediate/Advanced

Intense total body workout!  Take out some aggressions by punching the bags or partner drills. Cardio-boxing is a great way to condition the whole body while building muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility, and coordination.

Cardio Strength: Intermediate

Increase muscle tone and muscle strength with added cardio bouts to keep your heart pumping.

Core Blast: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Give your abdominal muscles and back a boost!

Extreme Cardio: Intermediate/Advanced

High intense cardio intervals jammed into 45 minutes.

Extreme Strength*: Advanced

In this small group setting you will be able to improve your strength, agility, and cardio endurance. Full body strength and cardio combinations that will have a positive impact on your functional strength. Be prepared to work hard and participate in a high intensity and demanding training while having fun!

Get Fit: Beginner/Intermediate

Low impact class of strength and cardio that will get you motivated and determined. This class uses a mixture of all weights and exercise equipment along with incorporating all the different styles of modern workout routines. We challenge you to give this class a try and get on road of Getting Fit.

INSANITY: Intermediate/Advanced

INSANITY™ is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/pyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don’t have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!

INTENSITY*: Advanced

Kick it up a notch! This class incorporates many exercises that you are not able to do in a normal group exercise setting. We take it to the next level by tying in agility work, high rep exercises, sprinting drills, tire dragging and flipping, and so much more. If you are wanting a challenge, this class is for you!

Intro to Y Cycling: Beginner

30 minute fun class that is easily customizable to your own fitness level. Instructors vary the workouts by changing resistance levels, speed of pedaling, and standing or sitting down while pedaling.

Pilates: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.

PiYo: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Dynamic flowing yoga and Pilates sequences to lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.

Pump: Intermediate/Advanced

Focus on muscular endurance during this high-rep, heart pumping class. You will get a total body workout and burn a significant amount of calories while the music keeps you pumping the weights.

SilverSneakers® Classic Beginner

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers® Circuit Beginner

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SilverSneakers® Yoga Beginner

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Strength Training: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Increase muscle tone and muscle strength with a variety of movements and equipment to keep you going.

Step: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Choreographed step patterns for all fitness levels. The step can be raised or lowered to make it more or less challenging.

Tabata/HITT: Intermediate/Advance

Interval training where an exercise is performed repetitively for a certain period of time followed by a period of rest. This class is a good mix of both cardio and strength and includes some more advanced exercises.

TaiPiYoga: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

This uplifting class will strengthen the body through a flow sequence of traditional yoga, pilates, and tai chi movements set to music. Together, class participants will balance their minds and bodies while increasing mobility, stability, and flexibility.

TRX: Intermediate/Advanced

Exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility, & core stability simultaneously. It leverages gravity and your body weight and you’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself.

TRX Insanity Fusion Intermediate/Advanced

Intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training while leveraging gravity and your body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, & core stability simultaneously.

Y Challenge*: Intermediate/Advanced

Want a high intensity workout that keeps your body guessing?  You will get a variety of exercises in this class setting. Workouts vary from every minute on the minute, boxing, high rep strength, intervals, barbell workouts, and many more. Come join us for a surprise!

Y Cycling: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Fun class that is easily customizable to your own fitness level. Instructors vary the workouts by changing resistance levels, speed of pedaling, and standing or sitting down while pedaling.

If it is your first time attending please let the instructor and they will help you set up the bike.

Yoga: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. Systematically work the entire body, stretching muscles and building foundational strength.

Zumba: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

An upbeat Latin dance class with fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body.

ZumbaGold: Beginner

A low impact, upbeat Latin dance class designed for the beginner or older adult.

Zumba Toning: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
