Deep Water Exercise is a 30-minute class performed entirely in the deep end of the pool using the aid of floatation devices.
This 45-minute class focuses on improving cardiovascular, strength and flexibility by using the water’s natural resistance.
The class is intended to improve flexibility and strength while listening to soothing yoga music.
Private swim lessons are 1-on-1 with an instructor for 30 minutes.
Students will learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency.
The Y’s swimming program will get your child swimming comfortably and confidently.
Accompanied by a parent, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills.
Students learn additional water safety skills and build stroke technique.
The American Red Cross lifeguarding course will train participants in the skills and techniques necessary to become a professional lifeguard.
