Water fitness focusing on cardio, strength and flexibility
Water fitness is an excellent way to get in shape, improve cardiovascular endurance and meet new friends – all within the unique properties of water. Water provides stability, resistance and pressures that are not found in land-based workouts.
This 45-minute class focuses on improving cardiovascular, strength and flexibility by using the water’s natural resistance. Most exercises are performed in the shallow end of the pool.
