The country’s fasting growing sport! A combination of tennis and ping pong played with a paddle on modified tennis courts. Although the sport has become more competitive over the years, most enjoy the social aspects of the game and the way it helps them be active and healthy. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn.

Rules for Open Play (Updated June 2024)
- Court 1 will be designated for advanced players (minimum 3.5 rating). Courts 2-4 will be open for lower level recreational play. Jacob Brewer will be responsible for assigning ratings. Ratings will be assigned through observation of open pickleball play games.
- Advanced players on court 1 will stack their paddles near the bleachers. Recreational players will stack their paddles between courts 3 and 4.
- Games should be played to 11 and the two losers should switch out after each game. If there are 6 or more paddles stacked in line, then players should play games to 9 and switch out all 4 players for 4 new players. All games should be “win by 1.”
