Healthy Living is a program designed to educate people how to lead healthier lives and reach their goals! The group setting helps with accountability for anyone wanting to learn how to start living a healthier life! This class is not just a weight loss program. It will go beyond to establish lifestyle change! In addition to six informational topics you will also receive 3 wellness coaching sessions with our Fitness and Well Being Coordinator. Will discuss stages of behavior change, SMART goals, 5 elements of well-being, basic nutrition, and more!
