Healthy Living is a program designed to educate people how to lead healthier lives and reach their goals. Group setting helps with accountability. For people struggling to meet their New Year Resolution. For any one wanting to learn how to start living a healthier life. This is not just weight loss program! In addition to the six informational topics you will also receive 3 free wellness coaching sessions with our Fitness and Well Being Coordinator. Will discuss stages of behavior change, SMART goals, 5 elements of well-being, Basic nutrition, and more!
