Women’s Self-Defense
Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully prevent, escape, resist and survive violent assaults. A good self-defense course provides psychological awareness and verbal skills, not just physical training. Join other women to learn skills and knowledge that will help you avoid and protect yourself in a violent situation.
This four week session will equip you with the tools you need to feel confident and prepared to defend yourself.
This class will be led by Andy Keister, who holds a green belt in USA Combat Jujitsu.
