The Northwest YMCA has been serving Muncie and Delaware County for over 20 years. Some features of our facility include: 6 indoor tennis courts, 2 basketball/volleyball courts, 2 group exercise rooms and over 50 group exercise classes per week.

While parents are busy in programs, they can leave their youth ages 6 weeks to 13 yrs older in ChildWatch or The Zone. We maintain safe staff-to-youth ratios and kids get to take part in a wide range of age-appropriate activities.

The YMCA is here to help you meet your fitness and wellness goals. With over 40 pieces of cardio equipment, Cybex selectorized weight equipment, and a new Hammer Strength plate loaded line, the staff can design a program for your individual goals. We encourage all of our members, both current and new, to sign up for a free orientation by one of the YMCA personal trainers to show you how to safely and effectively use the equipment.

With over 65 years of YMCA experience, the staff at the Northwest YMCA is here to provide you and your family a safe, friendly environment. We want to be your family resource center. The entire YMCA of Muncie emphasizes healthy living, youth development and social responsibility. We carry these values as a way of life.

For ages 6-13 years
Mon – Fri: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (school year)
Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (summer break)
Sat: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (all year)
